Refund and Return policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. 

If you are not happy with our products, please contact us within 15 days of your order date by email at Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part. All returns must have return authorization from a Kecloud representative before returning, we do not provide pay for return shipping. Returns will be given the option of a refund or equivalent exchange.

Please note:

  • The returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Teas and special order items cannot be returned.
  • As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
